Tn in November
first week of November and renting a cabin for 10-days. We
are trucking the bike so we can do the Tail of the Dragon and
a ride over to Chimney Rock.
What will the weather be like and what else is there to do at
that time of the year. Bike rides or other. If anyone is interested
in riding at that time let me know. We will be there from Nov. 3
to the 10th. PM me and we can make some arrangements.
Warning......the wife really likes to party. [sm=icon_guiness.gif]
But even rain days is usually just a shower for an hour or two and usually within 2 or 3 hours the roads are good to go. Just look out for shady spots that could harbor wet road. So you can still ride those days but they will usually be preaty cool.
Actually in this area NC, SC, TN, GA, KY, VA there is tons of great roads to ride. Just get yourself a couple good state maps and go rideing. The state maps show alot moreof the 2 lane state roads than the Harley Map book or even the big atlases do. and the state roads will get you into the lil towns and crossroads that will give you beautiful screenery and great rideing.

One easy way for you to tell what the weather is like is to go to http://www2.nature.nps.gov/air/webca...am/grsmcam.htm
It is a camera that is located on Look Rock Tower which is very close to the Dragon. Additional information such as temp. and visibility range are on it also.
I would love to ride with you and show you around, but I'll be muzzleloader hunting and working all week.
If you have any questions email me and I'll be glad to help you out.
Good Luck,
