Alabama Members Help - Big Oak Ranch
I live in Tuscaloosa and I have a Co-Worker who is not a rider. She has become involved heavily with the Big Oak Ranch as of late. She approached me wondering about the prospects of some type of ride to benefit the Big Oak Ranch.I suggested she contact the local CMA chapter and check on the prospects of a statewide ride meeting at the Ranch for a meal and an afternoon with the kids. However, I have not organized anything widespread before, only a couple of local benefit rides. I would appreciate any comments, advice, interest, contacts, etc. on how to get the ball rolling with this idea. If anyone would like to help her with the possibility of starting this I would be glad to get you in touch with her ASAP. I personally know John Croyle and I think everyone familiar with the Big Oak Ranch knows the type of organization he operates and the good it does for kids in need of a home. I really think that this would be a worthwhile cause for the biker community of Alabama to support.Thanks in advance for your help. [sm=thanx.gif]
