I can't seem to get excited about it. Last year I didn't have my bike yet and thought " If I only had my bike now", now I have it and don't really seem to care about payin to be in a crowd, ride roads I can ride 365, put 2800 miles on it in 7 days of ridin in New Mexico, 752 miles Monday getting back decisions, decisions.

I did see Poodies mentioned though.

Everybody should ride in the parade.........that way I can sneak into town early afternoon, grab a prime parking spot, get a good barstool, and be all comfy when the crowd comes into town all hot, cramped sweaty, etc., etc........Ooooops, I didn't mean to rain on the parade......

We are leaving Thursday, be that night before we get to Austin, coming back Sunday. Can't wait myself. Staying nearer 5th street, hope its not to far, doesnt look far on map a mile or two, and think I read of some bus runs near there at night to sixth street. Anyone here know how far the La Quinta Inn on Oltorf Blvd. is from 6th street?
Got tickets so we will probably be going to the rally area to loook around least.
