RamJet Racing on Cave Creek Rd., a few blocks south of Buddy Stubbs have been helpful and reasonable prices.

Custom Performance N. Phoenix 623-879-8488. For Genuine Harley Parts or accessories I use Surdyke.com 20% percent off (but you will pay 7% percent for shipping). I like Bikers Bay in Mesa. They've expanded to something like 8 shops since the first one opened (there's 3 in Phoenix now.)
From day 1 the customer service has been outstanding (the owner even loaned me his bike while they were doing the 5k on my bike a few years ago!) They did the cosmetic upgrades on my bike as well (new wheels and blacked out forks in particular). Took it back in for the 10k also. They are about 1/2 the price of the dealers.
I had my 1k done at another shop in Mesa, and they were pretty good too. It was awhile ago, I think it was Black Magic motorsports?
