Nah really not distance-wise, but that's a dangerous trip on two wheels after dark. Any way you go is going to be crawling with critters, big & small.

In the daytime thats one of my favorite day trips. Usually go to Yankees for lunch and a beer.

You guys gonna try and hit that CS deal next Fri?

If you're looking for a nice little ride sometime, check out the Backwoods Bar & Grill. Had the best burgers we have ever had there, and great desserts too. Beautiful ride through some of the Sam Houston Nat Forest.

**** I almost forgot, I'm leading a ride Sunday from Katy to Fayetteville if anyone is down. It will be a mix of all types of bikes, but definitely a good crowd. Thread with details is posted on motohouston, here's a link http://www.motohouston.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=264980.

PM me is you have any questions.
