I picked my 2014 Sportster 1200 c (atleast i think its a c) up last night. I am very happy with the bike it rides well (not great but well) and seems to have a decent amount of power. Still breaking it in.
My question to you all is it currently has what i believe (my first cruiser or harley) are Forward Controls. also the pegs are forward. I reach them fine and do not have an issue using them. But since i commute pretty far (about 40 miles each way) i sortof get tired of being "stretched" out.
Is there a way to add mid mount pegs or maybe floorboards? So i can relax a little bit? I did some searching and will continue to look but will appreciate any advice
I took off my forwards and put mid-controls from a 2014 Iron on my bike. You can also get reduced reach mounts for your bike that moves the forward controls closer to you by 2". This is sold in a kit by Harley.
not sure, you'd have to ask him, I was wondering the same thing. send him a message, I think further into his post he has the whole floorboard installation covered. or call led sled customs and ask them.
