I've been looking all over for some covers for the scoot and can't seem to find any sites that provide specific measurements. I got 18" apes so I suspect the prefabricated covers made for the sporty would not fit properly. Anyone have any sites they may have come across that you can recommend for non stock builds?
If your willing to spend a bit more & get a really good cover check out any places near you that specialize in making boat tops, a lot of them also do custom covers for boats, bikes & cars.

Hmmm, I never considered this as an option. If the quality and meets the cost I think it would be a good option. Thanks for the tip.
Custom-crafted, hand-made locally, often can beat industrial mass-production, quality-wise.
Ok, at it's price, but you will get a fitting piece of work, and boaters are often pretty picky customers, so you may expect good quality in a well-known local shop. Try and check if folks you already trust would give recommendations.
Ok, I bought the cheap cover based on the reviews, 60 that were written about the product. I don't have apes on my sporty, just stock but I do have a windshield and it fits very well. For the price, can't beat it. Don't expect it to last for a lifetime but it can be replaced rather cheaply if required. http://www.sportsmansguide.com/produ...torcycle+cover
