Default 2013 Iron 883 Tank On A 2015 Forty Eight...Interchangeable ?

Will these interchange? Curious if the mounting and tank hookups are all the same making it a direct swap?

Thanks

Default

A lot of people have made this change. I can't answer definitely but I wouldn't see why not. The newer models have made exhaust and brake changes. But I don't think the efi pump has changed. I've got a 2012 48 and a 2010 883 tank. Easy swap with a nice extra 45 mile range. Now instead of filling up at 65-70 miles now it is around 80-100.

Cool

- It should fit... you will need part no. 27067-07A - VENTLINE, TANK-TO-VALVE as well. This is the vent line. Different length from the one in the 48...

I too have both setups ready to swap when the mood strikes...I have both tanks with the fuel pump installed so that I can just do the swap fully plug and play
