Ok well thank you ALL for your inputs! Got everything on in an hour. But look at this shinnanigans. The dealer told me that once you change out the clevis I can use any foot pegs I want.....lies!! Now what..?
It looks like there is a round part in the middle, can the peg be rotated by loosening a set screw or something.
Nope. I tried every combination. That screw holds the pegs and pin at the clevis rotates too. But none works. Lol why didn't I just get a regular sportster....
Because pegs are made so you can change the angle in the event you have forward or mid controls, you should be able change the angle
The HD website indicates that "Footpeg rotation is adjustable for position"
The instructions for the footpeg says "For each footpeg, loosen the adjusting screw (4) in the recessed hole until the footpeg rotates. Position the footpeg as desired, then tighten the adjusting screw to 21 ft-lbs (29 Nm).

Glad you got the pegs sorted out. I decided to modify my OEM clevis's and grind down the part of the fork on the clevis that was longer. Appears that nobody has a clue as to why some Sporties, my 2013C included, has this stupid clevis issue from the factory. Just another $80 upgrade if you swap out the clevis's. NICE - thanks HD!
I just installed my Willie pegs last week. Had the Willie G shifter lever on since last year and felt the bike needed the other pegs to complete the theme. I just didn't want to change out the clevis's so I finally modified them. Yeah - glad you found the clip that retains the clevis in the frame too.
YES as you found the Willie pegs are adjustable. For now mine are flat set...and I adjusted my shifter linkage out about 4 turns on the heim joints to get my boot to fit as it did with the stock round pegs.
ALL IS GOOD! Love the look and the foot position too.

Your bike looks super too...
Yeah thanks Harley lol. Hm how's the shifter lever? I got the shifter peg and brake peg. Just noticed the brake tip can't be replaced boo

I like it. Bolt on easy. Yea the brake lever has no upgrade. I thought about modifying the stock brake lever to accept the Wille G brake pedal but that would mean to drill thru and to grind away some of the back of the lever. Don't want to compromise the lever/safety like that. Clevis I didn't mind modifying since you can actually change out clevis's like you did.
Plus the Willie G bolt that comes with the brake pedal cover may not be long enough to pass thru the modified brake lever and that would defeat the purpose... need the Wille G. face on the bolt!!!
