Greetings to everyone. I am new to the group but have been reading for some time and really enjoy the comments and interesting info.
I have a 2006 1200L and would like to do something to the gas tank. It is the glacier white and I do not like the HD emblem that came with the bike. any suggestions?? decals are ok but what I would like is some different ideas. I ride everyday to work unless there is a bad storm.
Want all of you to know that it is my fourth bike but first HD. My wife let me get it last yearfor our 35th anniversary. Went into the dealer and it was love at first sight. My brother (the younger) has a Road King Classic and his first comment was "why didn't you get a real Harley" I about knocked him across the street. I have been in love with sportsters since I saw "easy rider"
Now all I wish is that I had hair to blow in the wind.
