Good grief! I've been guilty of mixing grades of DOT fluids, but never seen anything like that. As already suggested, dismantle the system first. You can buy a repair kit for the master cylinder, however don't do that until you have stripped and inspected it.
The internal bore should be clean and smooth. What happened with my bike, when mixing fluids, is that the cylinder was corroded, with a dull finish and pot-holes - not nice, not safe. I replaced mine.
If you don't have one yet, now is the time to buy a factory service manual. That will describe stripping and rebuilding the master cylinder and caliper. Don't trust the rear brake, assume that is as bad.
