21" vs 19" front wheel?

Unless it says Made In USA I would question it. Kinda like the chinese NGK plugs sold on amazon.

so to clarify will the 19x2.15 front wheel fit on a sportster with stock size of 21x2.15 with same axels/forks?
I have a 2008 Custom here. It came with a spoked 21" wheel. I found a 19" cast wheel also for a 2008 bike and it fitted without any problems using the same spacers and axle from the larger wheel as the hubs and bearings were the same.
