Thanks,
I have read about easy tuning for the 07+, but I need to keep the price down. There are lots of 2004-2006 at rock bottom prices.
I guess I need to study more on the carb upgrades.
My 2009 96ci twin was camed by the previous owner using the screaming eagle tuner and Rush slip-on. The only problem is it does pop a lot on deceleration. It pulls way better then a 2017 Fatboy. If rode the crap out of all the new HD's. The only bike that pulled better was the Vrod. The $40,0000 plus CVO Milwaukee came close, but it was very very heavy so it was hard to tell. Oh boy was that thing smoooooooth.

I am looking for 90hp or so. I am doing a cafe racer and that will do just fine.
Just want something to keep me busy and then to rip around on.
I love my Fatboy for trips, but she is a little heavy for ripping around town.
I got the 90 HP 1250 kit. It has 10.5 /1 30 degree reverse dome pistons, Hammer impact head work and 560 cams. It hauls butt. But I don't know what I was thinking. For another $300 I could have got 100+ HP.

Careful there, the "for another $$$$" trap leads to a deep hole. hahahaha
