Cobra is ok at best. Hard to dial in with very limited settings.
Fuel Moto Micro EFI is under $200 and has 3 selectable maps with unlimited map support.

Individual Cylinder tuning with 250 RPM map resolution, up to 600 available tuning points including decel and idle.
The software allows you to easily pinpoint the specific area you want to adjust.
