Someone else will surely chime in, but the thing I ran across on my '04 is that the ECM is under the seat (04 - 06 should be the same). So if you look at the underside of your seat on your 06, there's a rectangle cut out to accommodate the ECM placement. What some people do is move the ECM to under the battery box (it's a tight fit) so they can run virtually any seat. Hope this helps.
