Default Oops.....

File this under one of lifes humbling moments......

Was pulling into parking garage at work Monday, stopped to back into parking space, accidently popped clutch, you guessed it, down we went!!Got lots of laughs and shaking heads from the cagers driving by. Luckily the foot peg and me cushioned the fall. Nothing damaged but my ego!!!

If you pull into a parking garage you're going.... ahh forget it, you know the rest.

Glad you didn't damage the bike or yourself.

I once tipped over on my mountain bike while waiting at a light; left foot was tied in and I shifted my weight too far that way, over we went. Audience was about 20 cars w/ windows rolled down, lots of snickering and shaking heads. My face felt like it was 200 degrees[:@].

I slid down the road twenty feet or so from one single pepple the size of half a dime. One peg had some rubber a little messed up.I felt dumb as hell.I didn't see it because it was dark and I was tuning to get gas.Got the hell out of that station quick. You know what happens when you hit a pebble don't you?

Once I took off witha fork padlock on.

The bike was aimed in the direction I would have gone.

Have never used a fork lock since.

No biggy man...it could be worse.

Just think if you raced up to a "hot chick" that you wanted to spend a "little time" with, and in your excitement, when you got off the bike, you forgot to put down the kickstand........

I have a workaround to avoid this, I hit the kill switch as I approach to my parking store.
