Hello everyone,I'am putting on V&H shorts shots and changed air filter from stock to the K&N ,And I 'am going to take the bike to a pro to re-jet and tune.
What can I expect ,when I get the bike back as far as noticeable performance? will I feel the difference?
I know the pipes are going to sound betterof course,but what about throttle responce,power ect...

oh yea I forgot to add, The bike a 04 1200 custom that is stock.
so I'am going from stock to ..I think stage 1

 

Sure, you will notice a performance increase but it would be even better if you complete Stage 1 by replaceing the A/C can with a high flow one. The K&N filter alone in the stock can will still be restricting the air flow.

 

what is it about the se air cleaner kit that makes it high flow , doesn't it still use the stock cover ,also i am thinking about ordering one from zanotti;s for an o7 1200 roadster , can some one tell me about ease of installation, As a comparison i put on python 3 slip ons yesterday , how would it compare as far as ease of installation , I just came back from a 50 mile ride , and am getting only slight popping.
