I am contemplating installing a batwing fairing on my 2016 48.
Do I need to relocated the speedo?
If, yes, has anyone relocated it inside the batwing?

Also, has anyone installed PV and phone inside the batwing?

Can you please post some pictures if you have.

What do you mean by inside the batwing. I did not relocate my speedo and have a PV on my handlebar but I also fabricated a mounting bracket to accept the HD quick release windshield clamps which provided more room between the speedo and the batwing. The speedo use to hit the fairing so it dinged my paint job on the inside.

 

My wife installed a Memphis shades batwing on her 2016 1200C. The front turn signals had to be re-located, but that was all.

 

By inside the batwing i mean Where the speakers are and stereo system.
I thought it could look pretty cool to have the speedo, PV and gps/phone there.

I just have not seen any pictures or thread on that

 

I too have not seen a speedo in the fairing, but I am sure you can make cutouts as they do the speakers and head unit. Good luck.

 

it does depend on what sort of Batwing you are looking to fit.
I out on the Tsukayu batwing, I needed change the speedo housing as mine stuck up from the bike.
I fitted the older style speedo mount that brought it forward towards the tank
