I am new to the forum and am attempting to install TC Bros forward controls on my 1997 1200C. The issue I am having is that the shift lever assembly is hitting the foot peg bracket that mounts to the bike. This stock bracket has two allen head bolts that pass through the bracket and thread into the engine. Does that bracket need to be removed?
