The check engine and battery light are on at all times but nothing seems wrong with it, recently ive had the stator, voltage pack, and battery tested and nothing seems to be wrong with it other than the light being on. Any ideas as to why this light is on?

Type in sportster and the code.
A big list will appear with nearly identical problems and solutions.
The code does point to electrical.
Battery voltage is measured by the ECM on pin #72.
P0562 is set when battery voltage is less than
12.2V at idle and voltage does not increase when engine
speed is over than 2000 rpm.
Low voltage generally indicates a loose wire, corroded connections,
battery and/or a charging system problem.
I would check and clean the fuse box, relays, the Battery power and ground connections and the battery cables for internal corrosion. Make sure all the grounds are clean and tight, there is one behind the engine around the swing arm.

found the issue, turns out the voltage regulator was the problem. It was only working about half the time. Changed it out and no check engine or battery lights now.
