This is probably completely nutso, but what about lowering the triple tree down the fork tubes about an inch?
You know, I had thought about that, at least just to see where everything would be at. After reading a few posts about that very idea, I decided not too. Also, based on information given to me here, it looks like I'll probably drop the front and back 1.5", especially since the 21" wheel doesn't really change much in the way of height.
Can anyone with a Hugger, Super Low, or Custom model comment on ground clearance? Do you have issues cornering?

I bought my bike used, and apparently the previous owner was short because the forks were up about an inch through the trees. I put them back where they are stock, but I've thought about putting them back where they were as I'm kinda short as well.
Can you point me to the posts you read regarding the same idea? I've searched and can't find anything. Me do bad searching. Thanks.
