Thanks for the help. Again, I'm looking for a possible direct swap that I won't need to worry about more machining and fab work. Also, I'm trying to increase my bike's performance by reducing both the weight and unsprung weight. An aluminum swingarm will be much lighter than the factory steel one.
Maybe I just need to find a crowd that's more in tune with getting their bike to perform better than HDF members are used to.

I doubt if your GSXR forks are a direct swap and it seems naive to expect to find a cheap swingarm that will be. There is a custom replacement to do that, as you already know! I suggest you remove your current swingarm and visit a few bike scrapyards with it, to see what you can come up with.
