I'm looking at a 48 which runs well but I think the Rough Crafts air intake is fake. Anyone got one of these? Forsee any problems? The corroded bolts are easily dealt with. Long term?
I have the same style A/C setup, have had it 2 years on mine, no issues other needing to clean the oil passages out because it will build up after 4-6 months of riding.
I have the same "fake" one from China on my XL1200S and it works great, no issues at all. And as ApehangerSporty said, keep the oil passages open and no worries.
