I lost my dad a few months ago. He was also my best friend. It really sucks, but life goes on for the rest of us. Riding really helps! There is no better therapy! Hang in there bro.... and keep riding!
my best friend is in the hospital right now..he was taken to the emergency room last night and put in the intensive care unit this morning..he has a bad liver and is diabetic..they say he might not make it through the night..i went to see him today and he is hooked up to life support and i really dont want it to be the last time i ever see him..i spent most of the day in tears..he is only 44 years old and not only is he my best friend but he is my riding buddy and i dont know if riding will be the same without him..ive been praying all day and just hope some additional prayers will change the outcome..thanks
Sorry to hear this news Bro. My best friend/riding bro, went through this about 6 years ago, same thing, diabetic, was on ?dialasis?, the whole nine yards, had known him for 15 years prior to that. Tore me up, I swore I wouldn't be able to ride without him anymore. when he found out, he got pissed at me. Told me to never give up and that he wasn't through yet. My buddy made it, hopefully with all of our prayers, your buddy will too. Just in case God needs toride with him in heaven, never forget, your buddy will ride with you FOREVER !! Just as my mother does with me. We all have lost a bro. one way or another, and they ALL ride with us. God bless your friend/Bro. and his family and friends.
i just wanted to let everyone know that the lord has answered our prayers..bob is still in the hospital but is now stable..all his levels are almost back to normal and the outlook is good..
