Rear brake light question
Is there any rhyme or reason which models get which brake light? All of the Canadian models have (what I think is the ugly) brake light in the middle of the rear fender, with a longer fender. Most US models I see have the factory chopped fender with brake lights in the turn signals. I thought it was a US vs Canada thing, with the Canadian gov't requiring it in the middle of the bike, but I've also seen US owned bikes with it in the center.
Maybe Customs in the US get the middle brake light and everything else gets turn signal brake lights, or is it state by state?

Canada must have the equivalent of our 'Construction and Use Regulations' that we have here that set out what the Government says is acceptable and what's not. You'll find them online I'd guess. 48's here have the chopped fender and integrated brake, tail and indicator.
