I don't think the tallboy has a cutout for the fender mounted ECM on an 07-09 Sportster, though you could move the ECM.
I bought a Drag Specialties Predator extended reach seat for my 08 and am happy with it...very comfortable plus the bike now fits me right at 6'1"
(same as the one in the link above except not diamond tuck)

I'm going with the extended pretty good price. I like the smooth seat better but they are out of stock . I'm 6'4 and my bike has forward controls so with that seat I think it would be perfect. tuanks for the reply and the pick
