Default Why does the Roadster have more torque?

It shows to be more powerful than other models. Only difference I see is the air cleaner.

Three guesses:

1. Tuned for a little more power since its the sportier bike.
2. Just an error on the site.
3. (Most likely) HD.com measures the Roadster's torque at 3,750 RPM where the Iron and 48 are measured at 3,500 RPM.

its fictitious, move on. definitely not a reason to be buying on bike over the other. those lghter wheels will spin up faster. they are super light. wheels on the roadster, super light. not carbon light but, stronger, and very light.

Thanks for the replies. Had not looked into it in detail. Thinking about a Sportster as a second bike. I like the Roadster, but would have to have higher handle bars. Will look into the cost of swapping them.
