Default Python 3 Slip-on's

Just installed a pair of Python 3 mufflers on my wife's 06' 883L. Great looks and sound. Deep, throaty rumble with no "tinny" noise. Chrome looks high quality. $185 including shipping on Ebay. About one hour to install. I think it's louder than my EGC [sm=confused06.gif], and that makes the boss happy.

Yes it has baffles. They sound good. Deep, bass, throaty...from an 883.It sounds like a lot of big twins, better than some. It mellows out at highway speed.

had mine on my 1200r for about 6 weeks , very little popping on decel. when cold , pretty much goes away when it is fully warmed. just put on a screamin eagle air filter on yesterday , only had time for about a fifteen minute ride , popping did not seem any more than with just the slipons , i am sure i will take it in for a remap , but until i get a chance , i dont think i will be doing any harm, by the way it pulls like a freight train,

Did the screamin eagle air filter kit help performance wise? I am thinking about buying the aircleaner and the remap and was wondering if it was worth it?

The SE A/C will help the bike breath better, especially with the free flowing exhaust. You'll probably notice quite a difference in performance. Ask around on the forums about a Power Commander III (PCIII) instead of the H-D download. My wife's bike is carb'd and re-jetted...the equivilent of a "re-map" or PCIII for an injected model.
