[QUOTE=hotrod917;To know if the Tuner/Map is the culprit. Reflash the Slot (0) Map..take the bike for a moderate drive, don't run it real hard cos it will run lean after the stock Map flash and start knocking or pinging..see if it throws the code again. Report back
[/QUOTE]
Copy, I'll do this tomorrow before work and see what happens.
".9 volts is very rich at idle should be maybe .5."
Copy, I'll reflash slot (0) map and see if it changes at all.
Thanks for the insight guys!

Update: I reflashed to slot (0) map and took it for a 30 mile ride before work today. As of now no check engine light or error code. That said, last time the error code & check engine light didn't come on until after about 50- 60 miles. It also seems to happen right when I leave the house thinking everything is good to go. So I'm going to take it for another ride tomorrow when I'm off and see what happens. Also, I previously mentioned the o2 sensor reading .9 volts but now seems to be fluctuating between .1 volts - .8 volts, not sure if this means anything.
I'll report back after I ride bike again.
Thanks again!

It means injector is working fine now. It will vary at idle as it adjusting fuel mixture. If you rev it up should read about .5 to.7 max. If you can have some one ride with you reading the numbers at full throttle heavy load .8 v cruising maybe .5Originally Posted by calileo

Alright, that looks good for now..I think i know where the issue is with the other Map. But let's hold off untill u do the 60 mile ride, also make sure u clear the error codes in the Fp3 App as well next time u go for a rideOriginally Posted by calileo

Btw to record ur Fp3 "view sensor data" page...use a screen recorder app, this way u can concentrate on the road rather than looking at the phone..like previously mentioned, careful when running the bike hard so u dont make it knock cos of the lean stock Map. Good luck

"It means injector is working fine now" Copy, thanks!
So I took the bike for a 55 mile ride (85 in all) (including stops) and NO check engine light or error code. This is with the stock map slot (0) on the FP3. I'm "assuming" the issue might be with FP3? I'll call V&H later this week and see what they say.

The issue is not with Fp3 module but with the Map from V&H and it's server structure..can you do me a favor and post the screen shots of the Acceleration Enrichment table of the current slot(0) Map and the V&H Map that was tuned for you.Originally Posted by calileo

These are the Volumetric Efficiency tables u posted..I asked for the Acceleration Enrichment table (it's a single column table)
Again need the Accleration Enrichment tables of both Maps not the VE's

For whatever reason I'm not able to view the stock slot (0) map
Press and hold one of the empty Map slots from the View/Edit Map section. u'll get options to copy a Map from any other slot..select the slot(0) Map and then u can view/Edit the copied Map from thereFor whatever reason I'm not able to view the stock slot (0) map

No problem, plz take ur time...all this, is help u understand the tuning process better so u dont have to rely on the manufacturer/dealer to solve issues. Maybe u'll be able to help others on this forum with the gained experience. It's all good, patience is the key
