I've just adjusted my clutch for the first time and discovered that my bike is fitted with a Muller Power Clutch actuator , which was nice . I did think my clutch was easy to operate and now I know why . Worth £110 apparently . So does that suggest that the original set-up was a bit tiring on the hand ? It couldn't have been worse than my GSXR 1100 that had heavy duty diaphragm springs . Travel too far at the beginning of the riding season and you'd come back with your arm in a sling ! 😁 I wonder what clutch I've got in it ? Well I ain't taking it apart to find out just yet . And I didn't use a torque wrench on the Derby cover screws , oh the shame of it !
Oh it gets worse , the big O ring was already twisted when I took it off so I just left it how it was . I've just been for a lovely 90 mile thrash around Oxfordshire and Warwickshire on a perfect summer's evening and the Derby cover hasn't leaked a drop . It's just a cover after all . Apart from a little spring there are no forces acting upon it at all.

Happy to hear that. Now unless you want total world melt down, you better fix that o ring.
