Default Info help

I was wondering,I just got this 2000 1200 C and I want to do an oil change engine and primary,I know 20w50 for engine what about primary?

20/50 will be fine for primary also. Used Mobil 1 V Twin 20/50 in both for years never any issues.

Your primary is also your gearbox, as your bike only has two oil reservoirs. You will inevitably get conflicting advice on the subject of oils in Harleys! I use H-D oils in both, that is to say different oils, as I don't regard engine oil as a suitable alternative to gearbox oil.

It needs to be yellow metal safe and safe for wet clutches AFAIK.
