No issues at all and no lights ever came on, granted I do keep it in a garage so that might affect the condensation issues? Nevertheless I've never seen it on mine.
I installed the Wisamic headlight from Amazon a few months ago. There is some minor condensation for a few minutes when it's cold, but well-worth the $50 investment.
I bought my Sunpie LED headlight on Amazon for $50 two and a half years ago, never once saw condensation. Great output, pattern, distance. Best $50 ever spent on the bike.

From what I've read the high beam indicator problems after an LED headlight swap are on 2014+ bikes with CANBUS electrical systems. Anyway FWIW I also am using a Wisamic on my 08 and no problems in 1.5 years or so...
