Below is what you will get with an SE or V&H Stage I kit-
Hot, dirty, oily, oxygen depleted air going into the engine, robs performance, gums up sensors in the throttle body, builds up crap in the combustion chamber, & results in tune instability.
This is just some of the stuff that would go into your intake and engine with them.
With a DK Custom Stage I you will get an air cleaner that only allows clean, oxygen rich air into the intake.

what part of bone stock dont you get? A stage 1 is a bone stock sportster. You out looking for factory bikes without a stage 1 to race? Lol

I fail to understand why you found it odd that I would want to increase performance without bandying it about. Even if you do - power to you ! It's your view and doesn't make you a troll or an obnoxious biker.
my understanding of a sleeper is a stock appearing vehicle with performance mods under the hood. The quantum of harleys in india is low - most are heavily customized. I want mine to go when I feel like it without making it obvious that my bike has been souped up.

I worked with a guy who used to do blood runs. He made his bike as quite as possible so as not to turn heads. He told me no one notices if he is going over the speed limit.

Question....
Do you plan on doing major motor work(pistons,cams,etc)?
Or just bolt ons (intake and exhaust).
A sleeper imo would be punching the motor and doing cams. Hi flow intake but leave the stock cover on. A performance increasing exhaust (not necessarily the loudest).

Major work like you guys get done is not likely here, It may be cheaper to buy new parts from hammer custom than send these to the states.
hence for the foreseeable future it will be all bolt on , cams may be possible . Brakes as another gent said are a given.
