Anyone know if the idle speed can be adjusted on an 07' ?

What does it idle at now? You want it around 950 rpm for proper topend lube. The dealer can chage it for you but adjusting the screw want work for long sice it may through a code.

I cant tell you since it has no tach. It just seems too high to me.

It probably is too high, most Sportsters are set at too high of an idle speed at the factory. Prior to EFI, it was a pretty simple adjustment.

If it sounds too high, it's about right. If it sounds way, way too high, then maybe you have an issue. If it sounds right, you also have an issue--it's too slow for good lubrication and cold starts. How's that for seat of the pants tuning?
