Default Solo seat and license plate delete

Bored. Found a solo seat like new for $10 on FB Marketplace so installed that and removed the sissy bar and rack. I hate the license plate Bracket so I removed it and filling the holes with chrome plugs. Probably moving it below the fender like a mud flap to match my Road King or maybe a side mount.

Nice bike! Moving it below the fender would look alright. The side mount doesn't fit the style IMO. But I like seeing more fender.

Have you considered a laid down license plate bracket, in the original location, along with a laid down taillight? You'd need to find the light with clear window towards plate on top, but here's examples of both:

Thanks Iron. I have thought about a lay down and would or could just modify the old bracket but want to expose as much rear fender as I can. Going To temporarily mount a side plate and build a bracket to move the plate to the bottom of the fender matching my RK. I have these little LED lights to mount to the plate that i splice in and will use clear red tape on the clear top until I get a lay down brake light lens.

Opted for a lay down plate and brake light and put the bags bag on. I put a chrome cover on the relocated coil and finished wiring the horn to the front frame mount. Also installed the oil drain line with a braided nylon version and that was just stupid unless you use the right clamps.

The laid down taillight and plate looks good.
