Where do you get a raked set of trees? I am looking to do some major costom-I-zations on my bike. I dont know much about what i need as far as tube lenth and what not so any sites that i could read and price would be great
accutronix has a web site with a rake and trail calculator.. figure everything out in advance of anypurchase to keep the trail in spec/ I would rake the frame first and add raked trees after to keep the trail in line. Mine is raked 35 and 3 in the trees with 4" over stock hugger forks.
That's what I'm looking into. So if I ever want to put it back to stock, it is only the matter of throwing the stock parts back on & about 8 hours of my time.
I see on seegercycle.com they have a set of 5 degree raked trees for 450. I wonder if i put those trees on, how bad would it affect the trail...any takers?
