Has anyone fitted some ape hangers on their sportster..i see there is 10"...12"..etc etc.i was thinking maybe just the 10s..does anyone have any experience with riding them..or any pictures to show their bike with them fitted..
I imagine full size 1s are bit high and awkward
I have had everything from 4 inch minis to full size 16s. 16s are more comfortable in my opinion, but they definitely do change the handling. I would say anything 8" and under would not cause the handling to be all that different.
I don't have pictures at the ready but there are a ton out there on the Google!

Here are the HD Mini apes on my Nightster. I was going to go with the Biltwell Chumps (another popular choice) but was able to ride the 48 special that comes with the HD mini apes equipped. I loved the feel of these bars on the test drive so I went with what I knew felt good. Another nice thing about these bars is that they work with the original Nightster cables. You will have to bend the brake line a bit to get it to fit.
