it is state inspection.stay away from fullboar.that bike is 11,495 plus1000.00 for freight and prep.a used bike should never have freight and prep.they suck.was there saturday.wound up trading my vivid black nightster at texas harley 10 minutes away.it had drag bars,slip ons,cool grips,several powder coat parts.a cool bike.talk to ronnie burns.they are asking 10k.just had 1000 mile service with synthetics put in.excellent bike,no issues.i was just to big for it,traded for a fatboy.
