Carb issue

Hey all

1991 XLH 1200. Sat for 5 years. Carb was disassembled and ran through ultrasonic cleaner.

Bike will start and idle. Enrichner/choke works.It will only rev up on the accelerator pump. As soon as I stop pumping the throttle it runs out of gas and dies.

Main jet is clean and the diaphragm is lifting the needle jet.

Goof gas supply to the carb.

Wonder if the float is sticking up? Only lets in enough fuel for the accelerator pump and idle circuit to work??.

Any other ideas?

Pilot jet circuit is clogged.

Has the aluminum plug been removed, the jet, spring, washer and o ring removed before cleaning?

Is the needle jet on top of the emulsifier installed upside down?
