I assume he is looking to install 14" bars. You are probably going to need wire extensions and a longer brake line. Are you wanting to internally wire the new bars or zip tie them?

At 14" he may need a slightly longer clutch cable as well. I have 12" bars and my cable is really taut,...probably maxed out. Being that he's in Kuwait I'm guessing the shipping costs will be a monster so may as well get it all in one shot.
As for the wire extensions, I'm thinking 8". The factory allows you up to 10" bars with a little wire management. So the 8" should suffice with 14"bars. But let's hear from others.
