Default Carburetor problem
took my Sporty to the mechanic and i see the problem It is the gasket of admission to the carburetor manifolds its too big ...

That is the intake manifold to head intake seal. And its not too big. It is worn out and burned out causing a leak. You will see the gap you show. It is the flange that is suppose to show that gasket as pictured.

So why didn't the mechanic simply replace the gaskets ?

this mechanic is my new mechanic and him make the picture to show me the problem...

Is replace whit a new one gasket

Those seals don't live forever. Replacing them is just part of normal maintenance. Not a big problem to change them out.
