Put on new bars and with the cables disconnected at one end look to see if with a similar looking amount of slack cable routing if the cables will reach.
Some pull the cables so the turns maybe a little tighter and claim no change required.
If one cable doesn't reach by a coupe of inches the chances are all the cables will need lengthening by the same amount.
