Mid controls on a 48

The mounting brackets that fix to the frame plus the screws. A new brake peddle. The rod from the brake peddle to the master cylinder. The gear shift lever.
Possibly the clevis that holds the brake peddle and foot peg.

If you select BRAKE - REAR BRAKE CYLINDER W/ PEDAL it will show peddle.
If you select GEAR SHIFTER - LEVER you will see the direct mount gear lever.
This assumes you have forward controls at present. You might want to put up a swap post.
