Idk if anyone else has had this issue on the 2016+ sportsters (which have common lights for turn signal & braking). My mount broke 2 times in the last 10months.
now instead of having the side turn signals, i want to get a fender mounted light which will serve as a turn signal/tail light. Need suggestions for that!
Something is wrong there. I have a 2008 here with similarly mounted indicators that have been as good as gold.
I have seen mentioned a single fender light that has indicators on the left and right edges as you want.
They changed this back in 2014 from what the dealer told me & was generally an issue when you went with stage II. These parts were not meant to hold together at more than 100mph. The vibration is too much for them it seems.
Thats why HD relocated the lights starting 2020.
