Just got an 07 Sportster 1200N, the stock wheels are heavily rusted on all the spokes and rims themselves, front and rear. What wheels are interchangeable from different models? Having trouble finding a used matching pair. Appreciate the help.
HD went to 25mm wheel bearings in 2008 so you will want something earlier. Maybe 2000 to 2007 ?? but I'm not sure about that.

to research parts swaps, a great resource.
For most it is as simple as putting the correct bearing in the hub and correct spacers. The axles changed front and rear different years IIRC.
Check in the tire and wheel forum here. There is a member that seems to know all of the differences from model to model and year to year. @multihdrdr
Basically any Sportster wheel for a narrow glide that uses the newer style bearings should work, there could be brake mount issues for certain wheel types, but I'm not sure.
Why not get your rusty wheels and hubs blasted and powder coated?, you could then have the wheels rebuilt using stainless steel spokes.
It would save you a lot of hassle by using what you already have, rather than searching for wheels and spacers.
The wheel bearings used on 2007 Sportster XL models is : -
Front bearings are 2 off H-D part # 9267, cross reference # is 32717.
Rear bearings are 2 off H-D part # 9247, cross reference # is 63205-2RS1.
