What 470004 posted is designed to be used with the scissor type lift that Roy posted. Once the bike is raised that slides in around the lift then you lower the bike onto it and remove the lift.
I have a similar lift to Roy and use it without those spigot things. I think they are all a copy what HD specify in the FSM, HD 45968 fat jack and HD 45967 shop dolly.

Similar versions are also made by companies that make MC jacks. I have the J&S jack I use for both my King and Custom. They also make one here.
Dont sell them. Several outfits have dollys similar, K&L supply sells them but heard they got pricey.
The k&l is pricey, but looks like the best built of the models Ive seen. I shopped around and found the K&L at a decent price and found a flat jack that I think is going to be excellent. https://www.derekweaver.com/bikers-g...torcycle-jack/
With the adapters that come with the weaver jack I couldn't justify getting a drag specialities or k&l flat jack

Shame about the pricing on those, only a few years back they were $200. Here's a tip, even though K&L is San Jose based company, they import just like everybody else does, only difference is they have very good quality control standards they enforce on both ends and in house testing on everything they sell to meet those standards. I've been deep in their facility in San Jose.
Personally I would not use one of those flat top screw jacks to put a whole bike up on much less try to move one around on it. Sporties don't have a lot of underframe for stability, very narrow footprint on a jack.
Consider the floor model Coolbreeze posted , you'll be happier.

I figured the flat top jack would be good for getting the bike on the K&L dolly...
I was told by the company they didn't make a version for the Sportster
Hmm not sure why they said that, this a 2013 883 iron that my nephew and I are working on. I couldn't be happier with them for moving around and holding it upright, and ease of use
