Stopped by a dealership here in CA for parts and as always checked out the bikes. For a 48, they were wanting 15k for the bike and 1k for "handling' ....that's like 17.5k out the door if you went with that pricing. Insane! Glad I bought from a private party, my used 2019 48 Special with 1k miles for 8k last winter. Can't see myself buying a new bike in the future ... perhaps an MSRP dealer like Laidlaws maybe.
