There is no clamp on the one end of that hose. Clean it up with some brake cleaner put a clamp on it and keep an eye on it for a while.
I would also suggest picking up a new OEM clutch cover gasket. You are probably going to have to get in there anyway to deal with your stiff clutch issue.
Actually, if you look very closely, there is a clamp there. You can see it better in the lower pic, the first pic you can just see the tag end of the clamp.

You are right. My eyes are going to ****, I'm sorry. I didn't see it at first. Maybe tighten/replace the clamp?
Yes there's a clamp, covered in oil and dirt.
I'm planning to change the entire drain hose with new clamps. It's weird that I can't find the specs on it but the advice I've seen is to take the hose to Autozone and have them cut me a proper one.
I'm planning to replace all seals included in this kit:

I thought I'd share my findings. After researching the oil drain hose, I found that up to 2003 models, the internal diameter of the drain hose is 1/2in. Some of the other threads here say 3/8 ID but it's probably for the hose going to the oil pump. The drain hose part # is: 63504-94.
