I picked up a 2008 Nightster a couple months back. The previous owner tried some unique things on it. They should've really had a bagger. I'll try to post some of my updates and headaches here. I'm sure others have it will run into some of the issues I'm seeing.
1st update, got rid of the "custom/damaged" grips.
2nd update, replaced stock rear suspension with progressive 412 HD springs (12.5" height)
