Burnt wires
I have a 2017 harley davidson 883 low rider. The wires going to the kill switch, right turn signal and the starter button caught on fire. I found the short in the wiring and got it fixed to where I can turn the power on to everything but it doesn't have the starter button hooked up. How can I engage the starter with no starter button.

If it's more than temporary, the link Rob Roy's Revenge works. If just tempory to get it started a fre times and check things out, jump the green wire on the solenoid to battery positive and the starter should engage.

Your bike is CAN bus so behind the switches is an electronic module. If the board is okay and the indicator switch and 4 way hazard works then you might be in luck to get the starter button working.
The engine stop switch is a direct wire to the BCM and not on the CAN bus.
